Parking meters prevent usable spots from being used due to cost and inability for students to pay.

Main Root Cause

5 Whys

Why do these spots prevent usable spots?

- Cost, Students can't pay since they are in class.

Why cant students pay and why is cost an issue?

- Limited money for students to spend, meters are designed for      public usage, and class is important so leaving to pay isn't a viable  option.

Why is this the case?

-We don't have the funds to spare and we need all of the time in  school we can get to prepare ourselves for the future. Meters are  set up for public use, not as a sustainable parking solution for the  students of Bioscience, despite it being on the school's property.

Why is this the case?

- Not nearly enough parking for people of Phoenix.

Why is this the case?

- Empty lots and over 4 million citizens living and working in the  metropolitan area.
